Suggested Use / Directions

• Mix 1 heaping scoop (≈ 33.3 g) into 7–8 oz (207–236 mL) of cold or room-temperature water.

• Sip slowly over 15–60 minutes, adjusting pace to individual comfort.

• If not consumed within 60 minutes, refrigerate the mixture for up to 24 hours and stir before consumption.

• Use under direct medical supervision; intended for short-term dietary support.
